AU1 112-1 Essay 1: My Three Favorite Dishes

I’m sure that we all have our favorite dishes. But what if someone walked up to you right now and asked you to name and describe your three favorite dishes? What would you say; how would you describe the best tasting dishes of Taiwan? Personally, my three favorite dishes are; Taiwanese hamburger, beef noodle soup and hot pot respectively.

Taiwanese hamburger is made with basil and I think it’s delicious because of its salty-sweet taste. If you want to try Taiwanese hamburger, you can go to the Hungry Jacob food store. It costs about 90 NTDs, and it goes well with apple juice.

Beef noodle soup is made with beef noodles, and I think it tastes wonderful because it mantain the normal delicious beef taste. If you want to try beef noodle soup, you should go to Liang beef noodle food store. Don’t forget to also try the hot pot dish. It will cost about 120 NTDs and it goes well with orange fruit juice.

Hot pot is made with fresh garlic, ginger and spring onion and I think you will like it because of its spicy aroma . If you want to try hot pot, you can probably find it at Tripod King food store. And remember to check out for leafy green vegetables . So the next time you’re hungry and looking for something delicious in Taiwan, I suggest that you try Taiwanese hamburger, Beef noodle soup and Hot pot.
