 My Spring Holiday Plans

Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 4th through April 7th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this time, my family usually takes a short trip to explore different parts of Taiwan, indulging in local cuisine and enjoying the natural beauty. Other people like to visit temples or attend cultural events during this holiday.

This year, my plans are as follows.

 On the first day of the spring holiday, I’m going to go hiking in Taroko National Park. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, I plan to explore the winding trails, marvel at the majestic marble cliffs, and picnic by the turquoise streams.

 On the second day, I'm going to visit the historic city of Tainan. While I’m there, I plan to visit ancient temples, stroll through the quaint streets lined with traditional shops, and savor the famous Tainan snacks like savory danzai noodles and crispy coffin bread.

Then, on the third day, I'm planning to spend a relaxing day at Sun Moon Lake. I envision renting a bike to circle the lake, taking a boat tour to admire the surrounding mountains, and unwinding at a lakeside café with a cup of freshly brewed tea.

In summary, my spring holiday plans involve exploring the natural wonders of Taroko National Park, immersing myself in the rich history of Tainan, and enjoying the serene beauty of Sun Moon Lake.
