 My Spring Holiday Plans Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 4th through April 7th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this time, my family usually takes a short trip to explore different parts of Taiwan, indulging in local cuisine and enjoying the natural beauty. Other people like to visit temples or attend cultural events during this holiday.  How to Improve Your Health and Wellbeing There are many ways people can enhance their lives. Personally, I believe that the three most crucial steps to boost our health and wellbeing are regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and sufficient rest. I think everybody should prioritize these activities often because they form the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. For example, engaging in regular exercise  will improve people’s lives by strengthening muscles, enhancing cardiovascular health, and boosting mood.
